Slim Operation Designs – Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Liability Limitations
1. Use of Pictures, Symbols, Logos, and Other Artwork
Any pictures, symbols, logos, or other artwork provided or requested by the customer for use in a custom product may originate from sources not controlled or managed by Slim Operation Designs or our production partners. It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all such content is authorized for use on the customized item. Slim Operation Designs assumes no responsibility for verifying usage rights. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the customer’s chosen content are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Slim Operation Designs from any such claims. Slim Operation Designs will not be held liable under any circumstances for the illegal / unauthorized use of any content.
2. Copyrights, Artwork, and Coin Die Mold Ownership and Retention Policy
All artwork and coin die molds remain the property of Slim Operation Designs and may only be used for reorders placed by the customer or an authorized representative designated by the customer. This policy ensures complete control over each customer’s coin design and the quantity of items produced during its lifespan.
Die molds are retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of the last production. Reorders placed after this period will require the creation of a new die mold, and an additional die mold fee will apply.
All artwork created or provided by Slim Operation Designs is protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used by any other party—including but not limited to individuals, manufacturers, or artists—for either personal or commercial purposes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage rights to the artwork shall only be transferred upon full payment of an artwork fee of up to $300 to Slim Operation Designs.
Slimoperationdesigns.com and the Slim Operation Designs logos are copyrighted properties of Slim Operation Designs. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or otherwise duplicated without the express written consent of the owner.
3. Payment and Cancellation Policy for Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, full payment is required before production can begin. If the customer cancels the order after production has started but prior to completion of the molding process, 75% of the total invoiced amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after the molding process is complete, no refund will be issued.
Once final artwork approval is given, any changes requested may incur additional fees or may not be possible if production has begun.
All sales of items through Slim Operation Designs, excluding custom-made orders, are final and non-refundable.
4. Production Approval, Errors, and Use of Samples
Production will not commence until the customer has provided final written approval of the coin or patch artwork layout, including spelling, colors, etc.
If an error in the design is determined to be the fault of Slim Operation Designs, the item will be remade at no cost to the customer. Slim Operation Designs reserves the right to sell misprints, overruns, and production errors through retail channels or by other means. Sample proof of custom orders may be produced for quality control purposes and may be used for display through any medium.
5. Turnaround Times & Delays
All production timelines provided by Slim Operation Designs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by factors such as customer delays in artwork approval, supply chain interruptions, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond Slim Operation Designs’ control. Slim Operation Designs is not responsible for missed deadlines unless a guaranteed delivery date has been agreed to in writing.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Orders will be shipped via carriers chosen by Slim Operation Designs unless otherwise agreed. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Shipping insurance is available upon request and at the customer’s expense. Slim Operation Designs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.
7. Color, Size, and Material Variations
Minor variations in color, size, texture, or finish between digital proofs and the final product are normal and will not be considered defects. Colors viewed on screens may appear differently in print or on physical items due to manufacturing processes and material differences.
8. Minimum Order Quantities & Reorders
Minimum order quantity of 50 apply to all custom products. Pricing for reorders may differ from original orders, particularly for smaller quantities. Customers will be notified of any changes before production begins.
9. Customer-Supplied Physical Materials
If a customer provides physical materials (e.g., patches, coins, reference items) for use in production, Slim Operation Designs is not responsible for any loss, damage, or alteration to those materials.
10. Force Majeure
Slim Operation Designs will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, accidents, war, pandemics, governmental restrictions, transportation delays, or supply shortages.
